Discover Sunny’s Approach
I am a qualified Psychotherapist with an MA in Psychotherapy and Counselling registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). Specialising in anxiety, stress, depression, life stage challenges, anger, trauma, relationships, grief, neurodiversity, and domestic abuse.
My approach is integrative, relational, and emotionally attuned. It’s grounded in existential ideas, with psychodynamic, attachment and trauma informed techniques. I tailor my approach to each individual, supporting them in understanding what has brought them to this point in life, working through their challenges, and exploring how they might move toward a more meaningful and fulfilling future.
I have worked extensively with issues of guilt, shame, sexual abuse, life transitions, inter-racial relationship, challenging family dynamics, the impacts of race and culture, and also work with people who are facing challenges around meaning and purpose in life. I work with adults and young people.
My aim is to offer a compassionate and supportive space for anyone seeking mental health support. We’ll make room for truth, for nuance, for grief and becoming. Together, we’ll make meaning of the mess.
If something in you is stirring for more—more clarity, more self-trust, more rootedness. I’d be honoured to walk beside you.
