Who I Am
I am a qualified Psychotherapist with an MA in Psychotherapy and Counselling registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
I work with people who want to gain clarity about their lives, make sense of their experiences, and begin making conscious choices aligned with who they are. This includes those navigating the impact of difficult or overwhelming experiences, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and challenges within relationships or family dynamics. I also support people exploring questions of identity, culture, belonging, meaning, and purpose.
My journey into psychotherapy began in the complicated moments of my own life. Like many of us, I’ve known what it feels like to sit in uncertainty, stuck-ness, conflicts and confusion, to grieve what was, and to wonder who I am. It was through these experiences that I learned how profoundly we can transform when we begin to truly meet our stories and ourselves with honesty, compassion, and courage.
What Matters to Me
I believe that every person holds the potential for change and that growth happens when we’re met in our truth. My work is grounded in presence, curiosity, and respect for the individuality of each person’s story.
Having lived in different countries and within a multi-heritage background, I understand the complexities of belonging, identity, and cultural influence. These experiences allow me to approach therapy with openness and sensitivity to the diverse ways people experience the world.
If something in you is stirring for more clarity, more self-trust, more rootedness.
Let’s begin.
