Who I Am
I am a qualified Psychotherapist with an MA in Psychotherapy and Counselling registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
I have worked extensively with issues of shame, sexual abuse, anxiety, depression, traumatic experiences, life transitions, inter-racial relationship, challenging family dynamics, the impacts of race and culture, and also work with people who are facing challenges around meaning and purpose in life. I work with adults and young people.
My journey into psychotherapy began in the complicated moments of my own life. Like many of us, I’ve known what it feels like to sit in uncertainty, stuck-ness and confusion, to grieve what was, and to wonder who I am. It was through these experiences that I learned how profoundly we can transform when we begin to truly meet our stories and ourselves with honesty, compassion, and courage.
What Matters to Me
I believe that every person holds the potential for change and that growth happens when we’re met in our truth. My work is grounded in presence, curiosity, and respect for the individuality of each person’s story.
Having lived in different countries and within a multi-heritage background, I understand the complexities of belonging, identity, and cultural influence. These experiences allow me to approach therapy with openness and sensitivity to the diverse ways people experience the world.
If something in you is stirring for more clarity, more self-trust, more rootedness. I’d be honoured to walk beside you.
Let’s begin.
