How I Work
My therapeutic approach is grounded in existential-phenomenology (which focuses on the lived experience, and themes such as choice and responsibility) and integrates psychodynamic (which look at more structural aspects such as familial relationships and internal conflicts).
Psychotherapy is a long term process in supporting you to understand what has shaped you, what no longer serves you, and how you might move forward with greater clarity.
What to Expect in Therapy
In our sessions, you can expect an ethical space of honesty, care, and reflection. Some sessions may feel gentle and exploratory, others more focused and grounding.
I work with adults facing a wide range of experiences, including:
Anxiety, stress, and depression
Traumatic events and emotional overwhelm
Relationship and attachment difficulties
Identity, self-esteem, and cultural challenges
Life transitions and loss
Neurodiversity and self-understanding
We’ll make room for truth, for nuance, for grief and becoming. Together, we’ll make meaning of the mess.
