How I Work
My approach is integrative and relational. It’s grounded in existential ideas, with psychodynamic and trauma informed techniques.
What this means in practice is that I tailor my approach to each individual, supporting them in making sense of what has brought them to this point in life, working through their challenges, and exploring how they might move toward a more equilibrial and meaningful future.
What to Expect in Therapy
In our sessions, you can expect a space of empathy, honesty, and reflection. Together, we’ll explore your patterns, emotions, and experiences to understand where they come from and how they shape your present.
Some sessions may feel gentle and exploratory, others more focused and grounding. Wherever we go, we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you.
I work with adults and young people facing a wide range of experiences, including:
Anxiety, stress, and depression
Traumatic events and emotional overwhelm
Relationship and attachment difficulties
Identity, self-esteem, and cultural challenges
Life transitions and loss
Neurodiversity and self-understanding
My aim is to offer a compassionate and supportive space for anyone seeking mental health support. We’ll make room for truth, for nuance, for grief and becoming. Together, we’ll make meaning of the mess.
